As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact-whether in person or over the phone- and will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every client and patient. We're looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to exceptional client and patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet clients and check in patients
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Accurately input client and patient information
• Process payments and handle invoices
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding services, policies, and pet needs
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the veterinary team as needed
