Responsibilities : Oversee and enforce site-specific safety programs and OSHA compliance Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations Lead safety meetings and training sessions for field personnel and subcontractors Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting ? Qualifications : 3+ years of construction safety experience (commercial GC experience required) Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA 30 Certification required; CHST or other safety credentials a plus

Compensation : $$45-56 / hour (all in rate included)
We’re seeking a Construction Safety Manager with at least 3 years of on-site safety experience supporting commercial projects for a general contractor. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, and proactive jobsite environment across all phases of construction.
