Job Title : Sales Representative / Territory Manager

Territory : Miami to Daytona Beach
Travel : ~20%

Compensation :
- Base Salary : $100,000
- Total Compensation at Plan : $200,000–$210,000
- Car Allowance : Mileage Reimbursement Only
Role Overview This role requires a highly experienced Operating Room medical device salesperson with a proven track record selling procedural products inside the OR during surgery . The position focuses on promoting advanced breast cancer detection technology and a novel hemostasis device used intraoperatively to control bleeding.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and support advanced intraoperative technologies used in breast cancer detection and surgical bleeding control.Conduct in-person OR coverage, case support, demonstrations, and surgeon training.Leverage existing surgeon relationships to rapidly accelerate product adoption.Develop and execute a territory strategy across hospitals, ORs, ASCs, and surgical practices.Maintain strong engagement with decision-makers, OR staff, and clinical stakeholders.Qualifications
Proven success selling procedural surgical products inside the OR.Established surgeon relationships across Breast, General, Surgical Oncology, Vascular, Cardiac, and Thoracic specialties.Strong clinical acumen and ability to support surgeons during cases.High-level communication, in-servicing, and closing skills.Non-Negotiable Requirements
Minimum 2+ years selling procedural medical devices inside the operating room during live surgery .Current book of business with Breast Surgeons, General Surgeons, Surgical Oncologists, Vascular Surgeons, Cardiac Surgeons, and Thoracic Surgeons.Must be currently based in Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
