Position Overview

Are you passionate about health, safety, and environmental excellence in fast-paced, high-impact environments? We are seeking a HSE Coordinator with proven experience in the automotive industry to lead safety programs, drive compliance, and foster a culture of well-being across our manufacturing facility.

This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all associates. Key activities include :

• Coaching teams at all levels to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal HSE standards
• Monitoring safety metrics and maintaining HSE systems and documentation
• Leading internal audits and risk assessments to uncover hazards and implement controls
• Overseeing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and driving ongoing improvements
• Managing safety incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and reporting processes
• Conducting HSE training, drills, and contractor orientation
• Supporting injury management and cost-containment strategies for workers' compensation
• Managing chemical and waste handling in line with legal and company policies

This role requires confidence in addressing sensitive issues, delivering training, responding to emergencies, and building trust throughout the organization.

Position Summary

The HSE Coordinator plays a strategic and hands-on role in maintaining safety and environmental compliance within our facility. This person ensures accurate reporting, leads critical incident response efforts, and supports the organization through regulatory knowledge, effective coaching, and a proactive safety mindset.

Familiarity with HSE platforms, cloud-based documentation systems, and MS Office tools is essential. Off-shift availability is expected when needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership, analytical thinking, and collaboration to drive measurable impact.
