Administrative Clinic Supervisor
Reporting to the Clinic Director of the UCSF Dentistry clinic at Park Place, San Mateo, the Administrative Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing patient flow and daily operations to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively. This role plays a key part in implementing departmental policies and procedures, evaluating clinical workflows to enhance efficiency, and promoting a high standard of patient satisfaction. The incumbent may provide chairside support.
The Administrative Clinic Supervisor supports management in decision-making and strategic planning, while also serving as a vital liaison among providers, patients, and staff. They collaborate closely with other UCSF departments and external clinics on matters related to patient referrals, care coordination, and communication of UCSF Dentistry services.
In addition, this role oversees the registration / front desk and clinical staff, including their scheduling and performance management. The position requires occasional evening and weekend coverage.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $91,700 - $137,600 (Annual Rate).
