A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support across executive priorities, recruiting, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Finance & Admin Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain recruiting documentation to enhance candidate experience
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and maintaining organized financial records
Required Qualifications
Experience in administrative support, executive assistance, recruiting coordination, or finance support roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High discretion in handling confidential information
Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus
Comfort working in a remote-first environment across time zones
