A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Digital.
Key Responsibilities
Lead an engineering team to deliver advisor-facing digital experiences and establish team practices aligned with organizational objectives
Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to drive project discovery, prioritization, and delivery
Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines such as customer relationship management or portfolio strategy
Demonstrated ability to manage high-performance work teams and execute multiple large projects
Proven experience in developing solutions for complex business problems and effective communication with stakeholders
