The Hilton Garden Inn of Lakewood is seeking passionate culinary professionals to join our award-winning team in the role of Cook. If you have experience cooking or prepping in a commercial kitchen (willing to train those with less experience) , we want to hear from you. In this position, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the hotel's kitchen. Join a great team, and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

We are currently seeking candidates who are available to work our breakfast shift of 5 : 00 a.m. – 12 : 00 p.m. 4-5 days a week (including some weekends and holidays). Also looking for PM Cooks to work our dinner / room service from 4PM – 11PM 3-5 Nights week. Flexibility for BOTH a HUGE PLUS++++

• Take pride in the quality of your food execution and presentation
• Help ensure compliance with our F&B policies and procedures
• Achieve consistent results while managing demanding deadlines
• Be willing to accept constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment
• Always strive for exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (5 hours or more per day) and lift up to 50lbs.
• Prior experience with restaurant / banquet food prep is required
• Serv Safe certified candidates are preferred
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including opening and closing
