Aerospace Machine Operator- Driller

We are hiring full-time Drill Operators to join our growing team in the Drill Department. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll operate drilling equipment, perform part inspections, and support production goals in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for candidates with strong technical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drilling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
  
  
• Replace drills and maintain basic machine setup
  
  
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
  
  
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
  
  
• Communicate and escalate issues such as equipment malfunctions or non-conforming parts
  
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
  
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
  
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
  
  
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  
  
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical role is a plus
