Job Description

This is a remote position. Do you have experience handling customs documentation? This is your opportunity! We are looking for a Customs & Fleet Coordinator to manage the movement of trucks between Canada, the USA, and Mexico. Main responsibilities include ensuring our fleet trucks cross the U.S.-Canada border smoothly, reviewing and verifying customs documents for accuracy before submission, coordinating with customs brokers, providing ETAs and necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian border regulations for fleet trucks, tracking shipments in our Fleet TMS, ensuring smooth customs clearance, communicating with drivers and internal teams about border processing and potential delays, monitoring fleet fuel consumption and assisting with IFTA tax reporting, processing and entering Owner-Operator compensation for fleet operations, handling phone communications with brokers, drivers, and internal teams daily, and identifying and resolving customs-related issues before they escalate. Requirements

Previous experience in customs, logistics, or transportation, and you understand cross-border operations (preferred). Strong phone communication skills. Knowledge of fleet management and transborder load tracking.
