[job_card.job_description]Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. They are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities. Individuals in high-risk departments will undergo advanced training based on their role and access. Individuals with data and configuration modification access will require further training. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Understanding of testing types, including Unit, Functional, Integration, Regression, and Acceptance Testing. Demonstrated ability to identify and document software defects. Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Aptitude for understanding technical processes. Effective collaboration with other departments and management. Experience with Quality Assurance software testing tools. Familiarity with qTest, Jira, and Confluence. Experience working in Agile Development environments. Knowledge of GUI applications, including clinical software applications. Understanding of CPRS (Computerized Patient Record System). High School or equivalent, AS, AA degree or equivalent combination of work experience and / or education 1+ years' experience in a similar role or related position Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information, Health Information, or related field Military experience Optional : CSQA, CSTE, ISTQB certification, Clinical / Medical / Pharmacy License, Clinical Informatics Standing : 10% per day Sitting : 80% per day Walking : 5% per day Stooping : 1% per day Lifting : 1520 lbs 2x / day during a normal in-office workday; up to 50 lbs unassisted while traveling Computer Work : 80% per day Telephone Work : 25% per day Reading : 80% per day

What Youll Do
- Create and execute basic test scripts and predefined manual tests for assigned products / projects.
- Identify, document, and track defects using the defect tracking system.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings with your product line team.
- Present live software demonstrations to your assigned product team.
- Travel to client sites as needed to test software in their environment.
- Ensure solutions meet high standards of accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction.
