• Structured Cabling Foreman – Houston, TX Electra Link is seeking a Structured Cabling Foreman to join our Houston team!
• In this role, you will lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Responsibilities Oversee and interpret project requirements, specifications, and scope of work to ensure complete and accurate installation.
• Implement and maintain all quality control and safety measures.
• Manage project planning to ensure proper materials, labor, tools, and resources are available on-site for timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
• Lead a project team of 6+ members on multi-story building or campus projects.
• Attend project meetings to coordinate scheduling, objectives, and milestones.
• Handle all project documentation, including closeout procedures, test results, as-built drawings, and warranty submissions.
• Manage all aspects of personnel, materials, and administrative duties.
• Qualifications Previous experience in structured cabling, construction management, or related fields.
• BICSI certification preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage teams.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of project personnel, customers, and management.
