Technical Strategy & Problem Prevention
Deliver proactive, hands-on support to prevent recurring technical issuesBuild trusted client relationships with consistent onsite presenceTechnology Implementation
Deploy, configure, and optimize hardware / software solutionsEnsure all technology aligns with company standards and client needsMonthly Change Management & Improvement
Lead 4–8 hours / month of proactive hardening and upgradesAdd long-term value without extra project costs for clientsLocal Audits & Documentation
Conduct thorough IT environment reviewsKeep client documentation accurate and actionableLong-Term Problem Management
Identify recurring issues and drive permanent solutions with internal teamsWhat You Bring
5+ years in IT support, systems admin, or technical consultingMSP experience is a must - you’ve worked in client environments beforeStrong technical background : Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networkingExperience with PSA / RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise)Benefits That Support You
