Virtual PRN Nurse Practitioner (Contract-to-Perm)

About True. Women's Health, a premier women's health practice within the Together Women's Health network, is seeking a 1099 contract Nurse Practitioner to support the virtual rollout of the Together Women's Health+ program in Illinois and Michigan.

The Opportunity

This contract role will begin PRN (approximately 4 hours per week) with the potential to expand into a permanent part-time or full-time position as the Together+ program expands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to women in midlife and menopause via virtual visits.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and continuity of care in hormone therapy, sexual health, and metabolic wellness.
• Support evidence-based weight management and metabolic health programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, wellness coaches, and allied professionals.
• Participate in the continued development of the Together Women's Health+ virtual care model.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction, retention, and practice growth.
