Job Description

As a Reference Data Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the daily workflows to maintain the integrity of the security master file. You will collect, research, monitor, and review complex security and market data, recommending changes and escalating discrepancies for resolution. This role involves managing and executing requests through work queues to provide timely, accurate, and thorough support for complex and routine reference data inquiries. You will perform daily data validation to ensure the integrity and consistency of data across multiple platforms, and review and verify work with strong adherence to procedures and controls. You will lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements and contribute to departmental and firm-wide projects and initiatives. The role generally operates with independence and requires discretion in troubleshooting exceptions.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a requirement to be on-site five days a week. Initial training hours are from 10 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm EST. Once fully trained, the schedule rotates between 10 : 00 am – 6 : 15 / 6 : 30 pm and 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm. This process runs daily, even on holidays, typically ending around 6 : 30 / 7 : 00 pm EST.

This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $28.84 / hr.
