Peacemaker Lobster & Crab brings the best of the coast to Kirkwood, serving fresh lobster, crab, oysters, po’boys, and seafood boils in a laid-back, stylish atmosphere. In partnership with 4 Hands Brewing Co., we deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience where incredible seafood meets craft beer and cocktails. As our Kirkwood location continues to grow and transition into a full-service restaurant this fall , our Food Runners play a vital role in making sure every guest receives top-quality service and perfectly prepared dishes.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Runner , you’ll be the link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring accuracy, speed, and presentation. Responsibilities include :

Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately

Double-checking ticket details to ensure plates match guest orders

Assisting servers with running food, refilling drinks, and guest needs

Communicating clearly with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service flowing

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expo and dining areas

Supporting the team during peak hours, including weekends and events

Who You Are

Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment

Strong communicator who works well with both FOH and BOH teams

Physically able to carry multiple plates and be on your feet for the duration of a shift

Previous food running or restaurant support experience is a plus, but not required
