Surface Mount Machine Operator - Fri-Sun Night Shift

Currenly Hiring EXPERIENCED SMT operators for weekend shift Friday through

Sunday 3 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM.

Work 36 hours and be paid for 40

Training will be on 1st or 2nd shift; Depending on experience / skill.

These positions require experience performing set-up of the machine, and experience operating SMT equipment.

You will set up the machine by loading the reels of components to be placed on the printed circuit board by the pick and place machine.  You will monitor the operation of equipment to ensure that assemblies are builtin accordance to the blueprint.

Once the pick and place operation is complete you will inspect printed solder paste and component alignment for accuracy.

To be considered for this position :

You must have at least 6 months experience operating SMT Equipment or assembling PCB's with solid understanding of electronic components.

The ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)

Use a variety of hand tools, including calipers

Mechanical ability to troubleshoot and correct mechanical problems with assigned production equipment

Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results

Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment
