This is a remote position.
The Administrative Clerk provides general office support to ensure efficient daily operations. This position involves clerical duties data entry and assisting management and staff with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
Handle incoming calls emails and mail distribution.
Prepare documents reports and meeting materials.
Maintain filing systems and office records.
Assist with scheduling and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
