Cloud Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Cloud Engineer GCP Pub / sub for a Contract job with a client in Dearborn, MI. "The ideal candidate should have experience with 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer GCP Pub / SUB

Rate Range : $50 / hour to $55 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Cloud Engineer Job responsibilities include :

• Cloud Data Messaging Services Specialist responsible for building and managing scalable, event-driven architectures using GCP Pub / Sub and Confluent Kafka Cloud.
• Develop and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI / CD pipelines to enable secure, resilient messaging platforms.
• Integrate with cloud-native tools like Cloud Run, Dataflow, and enforce SRE practices for high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams, enhance developer adoption, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in cloud messaging services.
