Senior Data Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Data Manager to lead global clinical data management efforts across multiple large-scale studies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all data management deliverables

Lead and manage multiple global studies or programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance

Provide mentorship and training to junior data management team members, fostering growth and expertise

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant data management experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry

At least 7 years as an Independent Lead Data Manager, overseeing complex global studies

Proven experience in root cause analysis, CAPA development, and technical writing

Strong understanding of GCP, CDISC standards, and clinical trial data systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, Veeva Vault)
