CPA Senior Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns and provisions

Supervise information gathering for tax provisions and manage IRS and state tax audits

Assist in developing and mentoring Tax team members and participate in special projects

Required Qualifications

Seven to nine years of experience in US corporate income tax, preferably with Big Four experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent education and experience

CPA preferred

Experience with ASC 740 is required

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tax assignments in a fast-paced environment
