Aircraft Systems Engineering - Change Coordinator

Description

• 15+ years of OEM experience in aircraft "Change Incorporation and Refurbishment" coordinator role
• Develops and maintains product structure definition controls, product naming conventions, and product identification
• Analyzes data gathered from identified sources, identifies discrepancies and works with responsible organizations to resolve
• Develops, documents and implements configuration management processes
• Manages the change process
• Integrates and coordinates design and configuration data required for certifications and / or flight clearance notices
• Collects, organizes, synthesizes and analyzes data to support and guide business decisions
• Summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations to develop product offerings
• Strong project management skills and organization.
• Communication skills at all levels of leadership.
• Be able to get team members to work together using influence skills.
• Ability to effectively lead a cross functional team through an established yet variable process.
• Adaptable and sustainable mindset (Collaboratively address emergent problems / issues, deploy countermeasures, and ensure long term solutions are enacted so the problem doesn’t come back).
• Be open to new ideas and be able to challenge team to think differently.
• Understanding of basic engineering concepts and systems level thinking.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Including MS Project).
• Experience in Adobe, ECAS, IBEX, ACMS, CPS, DCCS, and / or IVX
