Job Description : Position Summary :
The Weekend Baylor Hospice RN plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing and clinical competency. Provides appropriate palliative and hospice care through assessment, teaching, counseling and direct care to client and / or family members. Coordinates care with other community resources and other team members.

Experience / Qualifications :
At least 1 year of direct care nursing experience, preferably the area of public health or home care nursing; OASIS and / or EPIC experience is preferred.

Pay Range :
$66,560.00 USD - $103,700.80 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
