Salary : $70000 - $80000 / year

Job Summary : The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering training to all hourly and salaried associates in the Environmental Services department of a local hospital.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver all new-hire training and education of existing staff members in both one-on-one and small group settings.
• Customize training documentation forms as required.
• Prepare a detailed outline of account-specific training programs for the Environmental Services department.
• Prepare monthly reports of training activity and statistics.
• Liaison with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff and unit resources.
• Develops and implements effective training materials by utilizing a variety of media.
• Ensures consistent and effective implementation of learning&development platforms across the organization.
• Partners with subject matter experts to drive innovative training solutions which impact business metrics and organizational effectiveness.
