Job Description:
SumnerOne is searching for high-energy, motivated professionals to join our Regional Sales Development team. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Managers. You’ll learn the fundamentals of territory development, outreach strategy, and the full sales process with a clear path toward a Sales Account Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Build territory coverage through daily in-person outreach, calls, and targeted digital prospecting
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Set quality appointments and deliver clear handoffs to the sales team
- Keep CRM activity, pipeline, and territory notes accurate and up to date
- Support Account Managers in early sales-cycle stages to understand how deals progress
- Strengthen your skills in discovery, communication, and consultative selling

General Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree or 2+ years in inside sales, customer-facing roles, or similar experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to adopt CRM and prospecting tools.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for daily field prospecting.
- Authorized to work in the U.S., able to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) to support client communication and essential job functions.
