[job_card.job_description]Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations across assigned entities. Maintain accurate general ledger activity and reconcile balance sheet and key income statement accounts. Assist with intercompany transactions, fixed asset tracking, and supporting schedules for audits and compliance. Prepare and organize financial documentation to support internal reporting and external accounting partners. Collaborate with senior accountants and cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Working knowledge of GAAP and foundational accounting principles. Experience with accounting systems and strong Excel skills; ability to learn ERP environments. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet recurring deadlines. CPA track or interest in continued professional development is a plus. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, including exposure to general ledger, reconciliations, and close processes, preferred.
