REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA)

As a biological, fee-for-service dental practice, we prioritize high-quality care, prevention, and patient education.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for this person to eventually take over lead assistant as our current lead is going to hygiene school and we will hire her for hygiene when she returns.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas
  • X-ray certification
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn digital systems

    • Preferred

  • 2-5+ years of experience assisting in a dental office
  • Experience assisting in surgical procedures (extractions, bone grafting, implant placement)
  • Familiarity with iTero or other digital scanning systems
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar practice management software

    • Desired

  • Experience with 3D printing
  • Experience assisting with sedation procedures
  • Interest in or awareness of biological dentistry and holistic health concepts

    • Salary range : competitive & based on experience
