Personal Care Support : Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence. Documentation : Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations. Emotional Support : Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Safety and Compliance : Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents. Passionate About Care : A genuine desire to improve residents' lives through compassionate service. Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment. Detail-Oriented : Excellent attention to detail, especially in following care plans and documentation. Adaptable : Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude, even under pressure. High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in healthcare or a related field preferred. Certification as a Medication Aide or equivalent licensure (CNA)required in the state of VA. Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
