Technically inclined and always curious how things work. Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV / LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough / Trim / Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Our Office : 925 W 100 N # E, North Salt Lake, UT 84054 Your Projects : High-End Homes in Salt Lake City, Park City, and surrounding areas. Full Time (40hrs / Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Mon-Fri from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Kody (Ops Manager) Our Actions Matter Self Motivated Rise to the Challenge Strive for Excellence Positive and Fun Primary Point of Contact : Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep Scope of Work : Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed Project Timeline / Scheduling : Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources Project Profitability : Keep actual hours at / below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors Work Orders : Issue to team, coordinate with third parties Quality Control : Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets / Blueprints : Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team Change Orders : Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute Environment : Work on construction sites with situational awareness Experience with Lutron Lighting Control (RA3 / QSX) and Motorized Shades PREFERRED $75k to $100k / yr – Yup!
