Project Engineer

Level Recruiting is searching for a Construction Project Engineer for a role with a luxury residential contractor in San Francisco. Please only apply if you are currently available to work in San Francisco.

As a Project Engineer, you are dedicated to supporting the Project Manager and project team in maintaining all project documentation and facilitating construction activities from the office. You may occasionally be on site, but this is not an onsite labor position.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for :

• Creating and maintaining all project documentation, including; vendor purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
• Generating and / or issuing RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, Specifications, and other project communications
• Tracking responses and communication information to the appropriate party
• Assisting in any ongoing project estimating as the project evolves and changes
• Compiling the project close-out book
• Ensuring all plans and permits are accounted for, and copies are delivered to the Owner, as well as retained for files
