Our dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle's issues
  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
  • Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
  • Valid driver's license
