The Opportunity

As the company expands across the United States, Europe, and beyond, it is seeking exceptional Account Executives to help capture market demand, deepen customer engagement, and contribute to the foundation of an elite global sales organization.

In this role, you will :

Identify and convert prospects from a strong product-led growth engine into long-term enterprise clients.

Develop deep expertise in how AI is reshaping the recruiting process and communicate that vision to senior stakeholders.

Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to close.

Partner directly with company leadership and product teams, bringing insights from the market that shape the next generation of product innovation.

Build strategic relationships with leading organizations that are defining the future of work.

About You

Minimum of three years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.

Proven success managing complex sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise clients.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strategic, articulate, and intellectually curious—able to translate complex technology into clear business value.

Authentic, direct, and customer-focused.

Highly motivated to succeed and thrive in a performance-driven culture.

Comfortable with a hybrid work model (2–3 days per week)
