Revenue Cycle Team Leader

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train new employees, manage work assignments, and ensure smooth workflow

Establish quality assurance processes and maintain production and accuracy statistics

Communicate effectively with staff regarding departmental changes and provide feedback to management on operational issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of four years experience in the medical billing field, with supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge of medical procedural coding, diagnosis coding, and medical terminology

Certified Professional Coding Certification (CPC) preferred

Experience with PC / Computer / Database and medical management software

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college coursework or vocational training preferred
