[job_card.job_description]Translate business objectives into tech and data roadmaps; recommend pathways, track end-to-end execution, and surface insights to leadership. Engage with program leaders, and technical stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, program health, and key decisions. Drive operational excellence, identifying high-impact risks, dependencies, and escalations while shaping contingency plans for critical items. Plan and manage program operating mechanics, including go / no-go decisions and readiness in partnership with the PMO. Implement scalable, repeatable Agile frameworks and continuous improvement practices through retrospectives, demos, and early risk identification. Lead test strategy and standards, partnering with technical drivers to ensure quality and consistency across programs. Bachelor's degree is required 8+ years of similar experience Strong execution discipline with a track record of delivering complex tech and data programs. Strength in connecting strategy to execution, enabling business outcomes through technical alignment. Change leadership and influence skills, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. Technical domain expertise, including deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), modern development methodologies, and tech strategy. Ability to quickly learn new technical domains and partner with SMEs to drive impact. Skilled at facilitating domain-specific discussions and resolving issues by engaging the right experts.
