[job_card.job_description]Education : High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Exceptional Communication : Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail : Previous experience in automotive retail Hazmat Endorsement Preferred : A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards. Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

- Flexible Schedule : Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
