Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

Up to 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule

1 Weekend every 6 weeks

2 Holidays (1 in Summer, 1 in Winter)

Your Role :

As a Float Pool RN, you will rotate amongst various units such as ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU. This dynamic role offers endless opportunities for learning and clinical skill expansion.

What You'll Do :

Float among Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 18 months Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility : Availability to meet the 6-week scheduling requirements.

Training and Development :

Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.

Core Responsibilities : Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care adhering to established standards. Utilize evidence-based practices and engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Required Licenses and Certifications :

Registered Nurse license from the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Educational Requirements : Completion of an accredited nursing program.
