Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of Escrow Support Specialists, overseeing workflow and performance
Act as the main point of contact for Escrow Support team members, addressing escalations and enhancing client experiences
Continuously evaluate and improve procedures to increase team efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Prior experience in real estate transactional processing and customer service
Ability to motivate and coach staff effectively
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume remote environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various departments and leaders
