The Role

Oversees paid content and campaign performance across social media platforms, identifying ways to optimize performance and grow audience. Plans, manages and executes strategic paid campaigns across multiple platforms and audience segments to drive brand awareness, business unit objectives, and support growth of social media footprint.

  • Oversees (hands on) setup and execution of paid social media campaigns across platforms, optimizing paid social media spends
  • Actively measures performance and results of paid and organic content, tracking and monitoring department and individual campaign KPIs
  • Manages reporting framework to drive actionable insights that inform content decisions

Drive Growth & Engagement

  • Leverages data to help improve performance of organic and paid content with the goal of increasing audience and engagements
  • Measures platform success YoY. Evaluates content and campaign success by post, by platform and by overall audience engagement metrics

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid social, analytics, and audience development. Experience should include analyzing social media metrics around content performance and developing actionable insights and detailed reports.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field e.g. communications, advertising, marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid targeting options
  • Strong knowledge of relevant listening and measurement platforms e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with ability to interpret data to inform campaign decisions
  • Proven track record of growing and building social media audiences
  • Experience with social media content creation and management preferred
  • Approaches tasks and deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Highly organized, excellent writing and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to teamwork through collaboration and positive, proactive communication
  • This role is designated as “hybrid” which allows for time in the office as well as remote. This is not a fully remote position, aligned with the current USTA hybrid/flex policy.

The expected range for the annual base salary for this position $75,000 – $85,000. Any additional pay or benefits a person may qualify for, are not included in this range. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
