Responsibilities- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
RequirementPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
