Key Responsibilities
Coach and support a team of associates to achieve metric goals and enhance their performance
Handle customer escalations and inquiries while maintaining close engagement with customer needs
Source, interview, and train new team members while identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing customer support agents in a startup or technical environment
Experience with customer experience and analytics platforms (e.g., Zendesk Suite, Intercom)
Familiarity with Voice of Customer programs and driving feedback to product and design teams
Experience managing remote teams across different time zones
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
