Our Farmers Insurance Agency is growing fast, and were looking for a highly motivated, competitive Sales Representative who wants to control their income and grow a long-term career in sales.
This is a salaried full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone who thrives on goals, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by commissions and bonuses on top of salary.
If youre hungry to win, coachable, and ready to be rewarded for your effort this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Convert agency-provided and self-generated leads into closed sales
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Work leads, quotes, and follow-ups daily
- Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and referrals
