Your job will be to carry out multiple duties associated with collective bargaining and employee relations. The duties will include conducting research and analysis on HR issues, emerging best practices, and other employer trends and strategies; and provide consultative and technical assistance to management, agencies, and the public through interpretation of state and federal HR related laws and application of HR best practices. Although it often requires that you work independently, it can also entail highly collaborative work.
