We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Internal Float Pool to provide exceptional care across various units. This flexible role offers a chance to grow and diversify your nursing skills while working nights!

Schedule Details :
Self-scheduled night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.Enjoy a balanced schedule includes : 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays (one summer and one winter) in a 6-week cycle.Role Overview :
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, implement plans of care, and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with healthcare teams.Promote a culture of safety and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.Engage with patients and their families to provide education tailored to individual needs.Qualifications :
Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Current RN license and BLS certification are required.Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork.Ready to embrace a fulfilling night shift RN role where every shift presents new challenges?
