Administrative Services Coordinator / Lease Administrator
Location : Houston, TX (Onsite)
Pay Rate : $23.57 / hr (W2)
Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Duration : 4 Months (with possible extension)
Conversion : Temp-to-Perm opportunity

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including document handling, filing, scheduling, and coordination of routine tasks.
- Handle phone support by answering calls, directing inquiries, and assisting stakeholders.
- Manage email correspondence , responding professionally to inquiries and maintaining inbox communications.
- Support staff with tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and correspondence preparation .
- Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files , including lease abstracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
- Open and track work orders , coordinating status with vendors.
- Assist with lease administration activities , preparing lease abstracts, updates, and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable (coding invoices, entering data into accounting systems, preparing A / R status sheets, and reconciling records).
- Initiate rent collection correspondence and tenant outreach where applicable.
Required Skills
Strong ability to interpret instructions, memos, and correspondence , with attention to detail.Capable of writing routine reports and professional emails .Strong customer service skills for handling inquiries and complaints.Basic financial knowledge , including percentages and simple calculations.Analytical and problem-solving skills for standard situations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer / email management.Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED required.Experience : 0–2 years of administrative or related experience.Software Skills : Microsoft Office, email management, and general computer proficiency.Interview Process
