Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct supervision of Behavior Technicians
  • Parent Training / Family Guidance
  • Conduct Assessments
  • Treatment Planning
  • Regular meetings with the Clinical Director
  • Monthly professional development meetings with the CEO
  • Attend trainings / CEU events
  • Room for career growth and development
  • Training Curricula Development
  • Deliver Continuing Education / Training
  • Attend Trade Shows / Conferences

    • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Hold BCBA Certification and maintain good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Proficiency with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude
  • Background supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
  • Highly dedicated to providing the best quality services
  • Eagerness to learn
