This company is looking for top candidates to fill their open position of Construction Sales Manager . We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Construction Sales Manager with extended experience in either commercial / residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Requirements :

• Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture.
• Full-time, on-site role Selling restoration projects from assessment through completion.
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client / stakeholder communication.
• Sell residential and commercial projects ranging from $1-$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
• Education : High School Diploma- GED / Associates / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ideal for a hands-on, organized salesman who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
