Toddler Teacher – The Learning Experience Hudson Yards

Pay : $22–$27 per hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday

About The Learning Experience

The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards is seeking a nurturing, creative, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our passionate early childhood education team. Our toddler classrooms provide a joyful and engaging environment that encourages exploration, independence, and discovery.

If you have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA , or 5+ years of childcare experience , we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Lesson Implementation

Adapt activities based on individual child needs and interests.

Developmental Support

Encourage growth in language, motor skills, emotional regulation, and independence.

Support self-help skills including feeding, dressing, and toileting.

Communication & Classroom Management

Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) , or CDA credential , or 5 years of professional experience with a high school diploma.

At least 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1+ year preferred).

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Must meet all New York State childcare licensing requirements.
