Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A regional drivers who want to hit consistent miles, earn dependable pay, and enjoy real home time. This is for the driver who takes pride in the job and wants a lane that delivers on its promises.

Here's what you can expect:

• $1,200 to $1,400 per week running 2,500-2,600 miles
• 85-90% drop and hook freight to keep you moving
• 1 day home for every 7 out (and your home time doesn't start until the next day)
• Kenworth T680 automatics with Smart Idle, 1500w inverter, bunk heater, and double bunks
• No runs into NYC or New Jersey - ever

We understand that drivers want to work, but also want to live. That's why we're clear about our home time policy: You'll be out 7-9 days, and when you're ready to reset, you'll get a full 24+ hours off that starts the day after you get home - not when you park the truck.

You'll be driving well-maintained late-model Kenworth T680s. Every truck comes standard with a bunk heater, Smart Idle system, and brand-new mattresses to keep you rested and ready. A 1500-watt inverter keeps your gear powered, and double bunks make it easy to bring someone along when needed.

Need to take your break somewhere other than home? No problem. Our drivers can take their home time anywhere along their route, and with access to over 30 terminals, you're never far from a clean shower, a gym, or a laundry facility.
