Job Title : Credit and Collections Coordinator

Location : Lisle, IL

Pay Range : $26-28 / hour

Role Overview : Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for a Credit and Collections Coordinator. Our client located in Lisle, IL is looking for a Credit and Collections Coordinator to join their team on a Contract basis. They are seeking a candidate that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience with customer portals. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately!

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
• Contact customers via phone and email to resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and overdue balances
• Analyze credit worthiness via D&B reports to establish or adjust credit limits in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer issues impacting payment and provide regular updates on account status and order holds
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all collection activities, correspondence, and payment arrangements

Generate aging reports, analyze trends, and work with team on any issues
