Corporate M&A Associate Attorney –| $150k–$225k BASE SALARY| - Philadelphia, PA

Summary :

Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected small to mid-sized firms across the Philadelphia region that regularly hire Corporate and M&A attorneys. This posting represents ongoing hiring needs within our client base as firms continue to grow their transactional teams.

We’re building a confidential network of mid-level attorneys (3–7 years) experienced in corporate and transactional work who are open to exploring new opportunities in the Philadelphia market.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review corporate and M&A agreements

Advise clients on entity formation, capitalization, and governance matters

Conduct due diligence and manage closings for mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions

Collaborate with partners on client strategy and deal execution

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Pennsylvania bar admission preferred

3–7 years of corporate, transactional, or M&A experience in a law firm setting

Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation

$150,000 – $225,000 BASE salary , depending on firm size and experience

Most firms offer annual bonuses, full benefits, and hybrid work flexibility.
